I believe happiness is far more than a positive mood. It is a way of living with greater awareness, coherence, emotional resilience, and truth.

My journey into this work came through both study and lived experience. I know what it feels like to hold it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed within. That tension led me deeper into the science of happiness, the wisdom of the heart, and the practices that truly help people change.

Today, I bring together happiness studies, positive psychology, heart coherence, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching to support women, leaders, and communities in creating lasting inner and outer change.

My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human. I do not believe in pushing people into transformation. I believe in creating the safety, insight, and structure that allow transformation to unfold with strength and grace.
